What you send us

tess.global is operated by Tactful Elite Security Solutions. This page describes what the site does with information you give it.

Contact form. The contact form receives your first name, last name, email address, and message. You may also give a phone number and pick a service from a fixed list. Names are limited to 100 characters, email to 254, phone to 40, and the message to 5,000. The form carries a hidden field that only automated fillers complete; those submissions are accepted silently and nothing is sent. A dispatch request dated the same day is refused by the form; same-day work is confirmed by phone. Your submission is sent as an email to [email protected], with your address as the reply-to. If the email service is not configured, the form fails and nothing is sent.

Sentinel chat. Each chat message you type is sent to the site with a session id your browser generated. That id lives in your browser's session storage; it is not a cookie. Your message is passed to Anthropic, which generates the reply. Your conversation history stays in your browser. Input that matches known prompt-attack patterns receives a fixed deflection and never reaches Anthropic. If a chat message contains an email address, your browser sends the transcript up to that point, with your address, to the site, and it is emailed to staff.

Risk assessment. The interview asks for your name, company, email, role, and details about the property: its type and scale, entry points, operating hours, cameras, guards, access control, incident history, and your top priority. Your answers are checked and size-limited, then sent to Anthropic to produce the next question and, at the end, an executive summary. When you finish, your browser sends the completed assessment — answers, scores, risk level, and recommended services — to the site, and it is emailed to staff. The site also counts, anonymously, how many visitors begin and how many finish each interview stage: a stage name only, no content, no identity. If a stage shows heavy abandonment, a note about that is included in later prompts to the model.

Capability statement. Downloading the PDF sends no information to the site.

Where it goes

• Anthropic receives chat messages and risk-assessment answers to generate replies.
• Resend receives submission content to deliver it by email to [email protected].
• Google Analytics (measurement id G-4L61Y1J6Q5) receives measurement hits from every page.
• Cloudflare sits in front of the site as a proxy and supplies the visitor address the rate limiters use.

Fonts are self-hosted. No font provider sees your visit.

What we keep

The site has no database and no key-value store, and it writes no files. A submission persists only as an email in the staff mailbox. The contact form also writes one line to the server log for each accepted submission: name, email, the service requested, the delivery id, and a timestamp.

Rate limiting runs in memory and is keyed on your IP address, held as received, not hashed. The limits are 5 contact or lead submissions per 15 minutes, 20 chat messages per 15 minutes, 60 interview or assessment requests per 15 minutes, and 120 telemetry events per minute. This state resets on every restart or deploy. A separate in-memory guard caps calls to Anthropic at 4 concurrent and 500 per day.

Your finished assessment report is encoded in the report page's URL and decoded in your browser. That part of the URL is never sent to the server.

Analytics and cookies

The site loads Google Analytics 4 (G-4L61Y1J6Q5) with default settings on every page. The site itself sets no cookies. Google's tag sets its own cookies, such as _ga; that is Google's code, not ours. No other analytics run on this site.
