Our story
Built door to door
TESS GLOBAL was born out of a vision to redefine security in a rapidly changing world. After years of working for other security companies, Nicholas felt compelled to start his own business and establish a family-owned company. Together with his wife, Stephanie, they laid the foundation of what would become TESS GLOBAL.
In the early days, Nicholas and Stephanie worked tirelessly, going door-to-door to pitch their security services to apartment complexes and hotels. They provided security at concerts, nightclubs, and wherever needed — setting the stage for future success through sheer determination and hands-on expertise.
Today, TESS GLOBAL has evolved significantly. Initially focusing on apartment complexes, gun shows, and nightclubs, the firm now handles large-scale events and concerts, hotel guest services, fire watches, and construction site security. The team designs and implements strategic security plans based on each client's specific needs, maintaining above-average standards within the private security industry.
