Nicholas Moretto is the Founder and CEO of Tactful Elite Security Solutions | TESS Global, bringing more than two decades of experience in private security, protective operations, security training, and risk management. He leads TESS Global’s intelligence-led approach to physical security, including protective intelligence, risk and vulnerability assessment, security program development, executive protection, critical infrastructure security, emergency preparedness, and continuity planning.

His professional background includes security operations, executive protection, defensive tactics, situational awareness, active-threat preparedness, emergency medical response training, and security officer instruction. His work and perspectives on modern protective operations have also been published in professional security publications, including ASIS Security Management Magazine and EP Wired.

Credentials & Professional Qualifications

• TESS Global maintains a professionally trained security workforce supported by state licensing, instructor-level expertise, specialized protective-security training, and continuing professional development. Team qualifications vary by assignment and include Florida Class D and Class G security licensing, Florida security instructor credentials, executive protection and protective operations training, defensive tactics, active-threat preparedness, crowd management, emergency response, CPR/AED, Stop the Bleed, TCCC training, and other specialized disciplines.
