How is this different from executive protection?
Executive protection is a protective detail that moves with the principal: advance work, transport, a team. Private security is an officer assigned to a place or a person on a standing basis. Many clients start here and step up when travel or a specific threat calls for it.
Marked or unmarked?
Your call. Unmarked vehicles and plainclothes officers are the default for residential assignments, where a uniform would announce the concern to the neighbors.
Can you cover a single evening?
Yes, subject to the roster, with 72 hours' notice. Same-day is a phone call.
Do you work with our alarm and camera company?
Yes. The post orders name your monitoring company and what the officer does when it calls, so the two do not work past each other.
